Seizing the opportunity with both hands, the young batsman of the Sunrisers team, Abdul Samad hit a six towards long on and gave the team a memorable victory. With this win, Sunrisers kept their play-offs hopes alive.

Chasing a target of 215 runs for victory, no one thought that Sunrisers Hyderabad would win. However, Anmol Preet Singh (33), Abhishek Sharma (55), Rahul Tripathi (47), Heinrich Klaasen (26), Glenn Phillips (25), and Abdul Samad (17*) took a similar hand as they waved the bat in their determination to win the team. Sunrisers scored 217 runs in 20 overs and won by 4 wickets. Leg spinner Yuzvendra Chahal for Rajasthan Royals took 4 wickets but could not save the team from defeat.
Royals are huge
Taking full advantage of the home pitch, Rajasthan Royals led by Sanju Samson won the toss and elected to bat, and posted a peak of 214/2 runs. Although opener Yassavi Jaiswal was out with a blistering 35 runs Hits, star player Jos Buttler blasted 95 runs hits in 59 balls. Sanju Samson contributed an unbeaten 66 off 38 balls.
